PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator with office and project experience to join our small project team.

The Project Co-ordinator will run, administer and organise project activities on larger projects in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Managers. The Co-ordinator is expected to stay up to date on all aspects of the projects they are assigned to, assign duties and assist others where necessary. The role will require common sense to solve unexpected problems as well as confidence when communicating with senior management and other staff.

The successful candidate will be organised, confident and pro-active with the ability to contribute fully within a team and support in the delivery of our portfolio of projects. They will also oversee their own projects working with various team members throughout the business and have an expectation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

This is a full time role comprising 37.5 hours a week.
