Family Mortgage monthly repayment calculator

Calculate the security needed and what your monthly repayments could be with our Family Mortgage.

The mortgage will be secured on your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

 

 

The Family Mortgage lets you borrow 100% of the property value, without needing a deposit. Instead, a family member(s) supports the mortgage by providing up to 20% security, either by:

  • Placing savings into our Family Security Account
  • Allowing a Collateral Charge to be placed on their property
  • Or a combination of both.

The security will be held for five years.  

You can use our calculator to work out:

  • The total amount of security you’ll need for your mortgage
  • What your monthly mortgage repayment will be.
