Mortgage customers - our Managed Mortgage Rate (MMR) will decrease by 0.25% from 20 January 2025. Find out more:

From 20 January 2025, we'll be decreasing our Managed Mortgage Rates (MMR) by 0.25%. All on-sale discounted variable product rates and other details, including representative examples displayed on our website, have been updated to reflect these lower rates.
We will be writing to existing customers who have been impacted by this change, shortly, with details relevant to them.

On 4 December 2024 we won Best First Time Buyer Mortgage Provider at The Personal Finance Awards 2024/25 . This caps what has been a record year for the Society.

We've won five awards, the most we've ever won in a year. We've also been Highly Commended for a further three awards, and Commended or shortlisted for another five awards.

This achievement is all the more pleasing given the period of growth and change we have been undertaking within the Society, so it's great to be recognised for maintaining such high standards with our products and service.
