Head of Central Operations

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Central Operations to join our Business Development team. 

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, we're looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who will be responsible for the management and development of our complex in-life mortgage and savings operations, lifetime mortgage customer relationship, vulnerable customer and complaints teams
